The powerful and versatile cultivator Väderstad TopDown, which is available in working widths between 3 and 9 metres, is now entering a new generation. Extensive updates, together with the new packer option double SteelRunner, means that the unmatched performance of the machine is further expanded.

The mounted disc cultivator Carrier X, available in working widths 4.25, 5.25 and 6.25 metres, can be equipped with the packer single SoilRunner. Because of the good working result and low weight of the packer, the foldable disc cultivator gains new benefits in the field.

Long-term ownership is important for the family Stark. Therefore we begin transfer of shareholding to the third generation Stark and Gilstring.

By equipping the Väderstad Rexius 10.2m and 12.3m with BioDrill BDA 360, the roller becomes a key ingredient for blackgrass and slug control. After a simple configuration, you are also able to establish winter oilseed rape, cover crops or ley during the roller operation.

The 4th of July, Rasso Schatz was appointed CEO for Väderstad’s subsidiary in Germany. Rasso, who is an agronomist with a specialization in business administration, has a long sales experience of agricultural machinery and he is used to working close to farmers.

As the demands for precision, and the need for simulations and testing increases Väderstad have opened up a newly built modern seed lab. The facilities opens up new possibilities for the Research and Development department.
