As a point of contact for all Parts sales and technical queries, you’ll provide expert, hands-on support to our dealers and end users. No two days will be the same – you’ll be helping dealers with technical parts queries, tracking shipments, proactively contacting customers to promote out of seasons and concept parts sales, general warehouse duties, and working closely with the factory to ensure our high standards of service and product support are maintained.

This is an office-based role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for our full range of products
  • Provide high quality customer service
  • Ensure all work meets our safety and quality standards
  • Liaise with the factory on article issues
  • Process orders coming in from outside customers

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong parts identification process on parts manuals and technical drawings
  • Able to work as part of a small office team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Based within close proximity of the Grantham office to cover Seasonal weekend cover
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Agricultural background or a passion for the industry is a plus
