Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Väderstad Group companies, and anyone directly involved in the administration of the prize draw, are not eligible to participate.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or YouTube.
3. How to enter
To enter the prize draw, participants must:
- complete the Väderstad Social Media Survey; and
- separately submit a valid email address through the prize draw entry form.
Participation in the prize draw is voluntary. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Submitting an email address for the prize draw is separate from the survey itself and will not affect the participant’s survey responses.
4. Entry period
Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the prize draw.
5. Prizes
The prizes are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Väderstad reserves the right to replace a prize with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value if circumstances outside Väderstad’s reasonable control make this necessary.
6. Selection and notification of winners
Five winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the entry period.
The draw will take place after the closing date.
Winners will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the prize draw. Winners must respond within 14 days of the notification.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, Väderstad reserves the right to select another winner at random.
7. Taxes and other charges
Any taxes, duties or other charges arising from receipt or use of the prize are the responsibility of the winner, where applicable under local law.
8. Personal data and privacy
The email address provided when entering the prize draw will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw, selecting and contacting the winners, and fulfilling the prizes.
The email address will not be used for marketing purposes as a result of entering the prize draw and will not be linked to the participant’s survey responses.
Personal data collected specifically for the prize draw will be deleted once the prize draw has been completed, the winners have been contacted and the prizes have been fulfilled, subject to any retention required by applicable law.

9. General
Väderstad reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, submitted through automated means, or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Väderstad may cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
Any changes will not unreasonably disadvantage participants.
Väderstad is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not successfully submitted due to technical problems outside its reasonable control.
10. Applicable law
These Terms & Conditions and the prize draw are governed by Swedish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the participant’s country of residence.
Any dispute arising in connection with the prize draw should, where possible, first be resolved by contacting Väderstad.
