Väderstad reviews its strategy for the Italian market
Väderstad, the Swedish agricultural machinery manufacturer and global leader in tillage, seed drilling and planting, is reviewing its strategy for the Italian market. The objective is to strengthen the company’s presence and increase support for Italian farmers. As part of this process, the cooperation with the current importer Agridealer is terminated.
- Our ambition is to ensure full market coverage in Italy and to further increase Väderstad’s proximity to customers across the country. Väderstad would like to thank Agridealer and the sub-dealers in the group for the collaboration over the years. Together, the companies have worked to support Italian farmers with high-quality agricultural machinery and agronomic expertise, says Mattias Hovnert, Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing, at Väderstad.
Looking ahead, Väderstad is evaluating how to further strengthen its position in Italy and enhance its ability to support farmers in this important market.
Väderstad will shortly present its new strategy for how to continue to serve and support Italian farmers going forward. The cooperation together with Agridealer will officially end September 30th 2026.
