BTT Knives Now Standard
- 5/8” wide, center-pointed, 2” high carbide on the forward surface

- Fortified with MAX LIFETM treatment on the lower edge, back, and bottom for superior strength and longevity

Seed Hawk 40-84
The Seed Hawk air drill provides the most precise seeding technology on the market. Delivering unmatched seed and fertilizer placement in one pass, it is perfect for all soil conditions. The Seed Hawk Air Drill comes in widths ranging from 40’ (12.2 m) to 84’ (25.6 m). Seed Hawk Air Drills can be configurated for 10” (254 mm) or 12” (305 mm) row spacing.

Optional hydraulic brakes for PD 820 and PD 1000
Growers can now order PD 820 and PD 1000 with factory-installed brakes, giving operators added control and safety. The hydraulic breaks provide a greater degree of safety and control of the air carts while seeding in tough conditions.
Auto-Pressurization
Three Tire Packages for PD 820 and PD 1000
Growers can now choose between 3 tire packages considering their needs. Choose from:
- Option 1: Single VF800/70R38 on front axle with single IF1250/50R32 on rear axle
- Option 2: Single VF800/70R38 on front axle with dual VF800/70R38 on rear axle
- Option 3: Single IF900/75R32 on front axle with dual IF900/75R32 on rear axle
Air Cart-Only Option
Growers can now pair Precision Delivery Air Carts with third-party seeding implements, without compromising the performance they trust. Whether it’s a shank or disc drill, this configuration opens the door to more versatile seeding setups while maintaining the core design and reliability of our air carts lineup. Air Cart only option is available for the models PD 400, PD 680, PD 820, and PD 1000.

Plan ahead with Pre-Planned Jobs
Build job profiles in the cloud and sync them to your iPads before seeding. This feature allows growers to prepare during the off-season, so when it is time to seed, everything is ready.
Completed pre-planned jobs can be synced and managed, just like jobs created in the field, providing flexibility and control throughout any changes required within the season. Once in the field, simply start the planned job.
Clone Jobs made simple
Quickly replicate an existing job in the iCon Wireless Control System without starting from scratch. All settings and parameters are preserved, allowing you to make adjustments or reuse the job with ease.
The Clone Job button copies product profiles and tank locations from current or completed jobs into a new one.
SCT Coverage Control
Operators can now fine-tune the coverage settings that iCon uses for SCT turn-on and turn-off logic. This provides greater precision and flexibility when managing section control during operation.
You can customize the sectional overlap coverage, allowing you to adjust settings to suit your field conditions and preferences.
Boundary Import from External Sources
Väderstad iCon Cloud now supports importing boundaries from external sources, making it easier to integrate your existing data. Shapefile boundaries are uploaded to the cloud as ZIP folders. One folder per boundary can be uploaded individually or as a group. This feature ensures flexibility when managing field boundaries across different technology platforms.
iCon Wireless Control System
The iCon Wireless Control System lives on an iPad, making it intuitive and easy to use – just like the machine it controls. It features a simple interface, home screen automation, and operating enhancements like the Acres to Empty and in-field calibration features. Acres to Empty tells you instantly how many acres remain until your next product fill. The in-field calibration function confirms static calibration values while seeding, using load cell data. This information is transmitted wirelessly to the iCon Control System to ensure you are applying products at the correct rates throughout the field.
