Väderstad, one of the world's leading companies in tillage, seeding, and planting, has launched a new product family of row crop cultivators: Extract. The new product family will be part of Väderstad's tillage product portfolio and will be sold under the Väderstad brand in the summer of 2024.
The Väderstad TopDown cultivator gets a new update for the 2024 field season, including a new design and the introduction of Väderstad E-Control, an iPad-based control system. Additionally, the cultivator will be able to apply prescription map tillage through ISOBUS Task Control.
The high-speed planter, Väderstad Tempo L 8-24, can now be equipped with an optional liquid fertilizer system. The system is fully integrated into the machine, designed for the high-speed precision planting that the Väderstad Tempo is known for.
The new electronic system WSX will be introduced to Väderstad Tempo F, Tempo V, and Tempo L in the summer of 2024. With the upgrade to the electronics of the planter, new features to ensure accuracy in the field are enabled. These new features include automatic seed singulation, active hydraulic row unit downforce, and curve compensation.
