Väderstad Components manufactures discs, tines and packer rings for all Väderstad machines in a completely automated process with high-tech and highly advanced robotics. To have our own production of wear parts is unique in the farming industry and this gives Väderstad full control of the quality.
Approximately 40 million SEK is now invested in a new state-of-the-art manufacturing line for machining and hardening of wear parts for Väderstad machines. This gives an extended machine capacity and reliability. The investment ensures that Väderstad can meet an increased demand for the company's products.
- The name change from Svensk Presshärdning AB, to Väderstad Components AB is well connected with the naming strategy for companies within the Väderstad Group. We are a company with a strong belief in the future and with an increasing turnover. The expansion of recent years has resulted in several new employees. We have now passed 50 employees and see a continued need for skilled employees, says Dan Somlin, Managing Director and site manager for Väderstad Components AB.
In addition to investments in the production, also the office space, conference rooms and lunch room have been decorated according to Väderstad’s vision and values. Väderstad Components has in the interior design taken on the brand's cornerstones "Swedish Quality" and "Partnership" along with being leading, innovative, reliable and accessible.
