Väderstad was once again present at the major FIMA exhibition in Spain. It is the fourth largest agricultural exhibition in Europe after Agritechnica, SIMA and Eima in Bologna.
Väderstads area sales manager Magnus Samuelsson says the show attracted over 210 000 visitors this year and the Spanish farmers showed a great interest in the new Väderstad products.
Väderstad presented the new Väderstad Tempo, the Seed Hawk no till drill and the Carrier X on its stand. Company director Christina Stark visited FIMA to see the exhibition and to get a better picture of the market.

The mood was positive among the Spanish farmers after a year of good grain prices. Väderstad is appreciated in Spain for its thoroughly tested machinery that can cope with stones. Spain and Sweden both have very stony soils, which ensures a good technology match.
Visitors to the exhibition showed most interest in the direct drilling technology represented by the Seed Hawk no till drill. Väderstad has good experience on the Spanish market with the superior seed placement of Seed Hawk resulting in precisely drilled fields and yield increase.
