At the major indoor exhibition in Hungary, the Agrárgép show, the professional jury awarded Väderstads planter Tempo the prize as the most innovative product of the year.
"We are convinced that this prize is only the start of a future success story for the Väderstad Tempo precision drill in Hungary, matching what we have done with Rapid in the past 15 years", says, Tibor Kalmár, MD of Väderstad Hungary.

The farmers in Hungary have been waiting for Väderstad to develop a precision drill, because maize and sunflower are two important crops in the country, grown on almost two million ha. It was also natural for Väderstad to choose Hungary for testing the Tempo during the development in the years 2010-2011.

Tempo attracted the greatest interest during the three days, with an hourly lighting show making the exhibit even more attractive. The show took place in January this year in Etyek and attracted 60 exhibitors and over 16 000 visitors. Väderstad was one of the largest exhibitors, displaying eleven of its machines on its stand.
Two new machines were introduced at the show - the new 3-point linkage version of Carrier with X-shaped System Disc in 5.25 m version and the new precision planter Tempo in 6 row version.
