Väderstad is continuing to grow and, in connection with acquisition of the Canadian company Seed Hawk this autumn, the Väderstad concern is forming the Väderstad Group. In terms of organisation, this means that Väderstad AB and Seed Hawk will be sister companies reporting to the parent company Väderstad Group. Today the Väderstad Group has annual turnover of SEK 2.7 billion and employs around 1350 people world-wide.
Väderstad AB is now seeking to recruit a new managing director, since the current MD, Christina Stark, is taking over the role of President in the newly formed company Väderstad Group, of which Seed Hawk forms part. A new Finance Director is also being sought, since the current Finance Director is moving to CFO at group level.
In addition to managing operations at the Väderstad plant in Sweden, the MD of Väderstad AB also has overall responsibility for 12 subsidiary sales companies and two production companies. The sales subsidiaries are located in Sweden, the rest of Europe, Russia and Ukraine. The new MD will be responsible for 1100 employees and annual turnover of SEK 2.1 billion.
