At last week’s Agroshow in Budapest, Hungary, Väderstad’s Tempo 8F planter won the prize for best international innovation.

”We very much believe in the Tempo planter and towards the end of the year I’m guessing we will have become the number 3-4 brand in the Hungarian planter market”, said Tibor Kalmar.
Väderstad recently launched an addition to the Tempo family, called Tempo T, a telescopic version of Tempo that is carried on the three-point linkage. This planter attracted particular interest since roughly 70-80% of the planters sold in Hungary are carried rather than trailed versions.
During this year’s show, Väderstad paid special attention to the seed drill segment, since in the last year Väderstad has become the number one manufacturer, with 75 Rapid and Spirit drills sold on the local market.

The greatest interest was in Tempo planters and the new Carrier XL. The Tempo planters were displayed on a small podium and a simple light and firework show was held around them 3-4 times a day.
