Väderstad, one of the world’s leading companies in tillage, seeding and planting, continues to invest heavily in research and development. In March 2021 a new laboratory for component testing in hydraulics and other areas was inaugurated in Väderstad.

Väderstad, one of the world’s leading companies in tillage, seeding and planting, has now produced number 1000 of the high precision planter Tempo L. The Tempo L made an immediate impact on world farming when it set the world record in planting back in 2017.

In 1962 Rune Stark and his wife Siw founded Rune's mechanical workshop on the small family farm. The rest is agricultural history. Rune passed away in 2008, but his memory lives on strongly and today, March 4, 2021, he would have turned 100.

Väderstad, one of the world’s leading companies in tillage and planting, has grown strongly in recent years. In 2022 a new Factory center will be ready in Väderstad, an investment of SEK 125 million.
