Central-fill functionality means that instead of filling seed in each of the row units, the farmer will only have to fill one large central 3 000 litre seed hopper. The Tempo planter will then take care of the distribution of the seeds to each row unit – all this at world-record planting speed and precision.

The central-fill system works as a pressurized system, constantly feeding the high precision Tempo seed meters. When the seeds have been delivered to the seed meters, the patented PowerShoot technology ensures excellent planting results.

The new central-fill function will be available for the top-range of Tempo L planters - Tempo L 12, Tempo L 16, Tempo L 18 and Tempo L 24. This will cover machines from 12 to 24 row units, as well as a full range of planter crops.
Tempo L with the new central-fill functionality will have its premiere at the agricultural tradeshow Agritechnica in November 2019 in Hannover, Germany. It will be available on the market during the start of 2021.
